Protein-Packed Seeds and Nuts

Chia seeds
Chia seeds have gained attention as good source of omega-3, and omega-6 fatty acid which can only be obtained from foods since the human body can’t produce them. It's also an excellent source of dietary fiber, protein, iron, calcium, magnesium and zinc. (1)

Flaxseed
Flaxseed is a rich source of the omega-3 fatty acid, (ALA), lignan, contain high protein, fiber. It's also excellent source omega-3s that can help reduce inflammation, improve brain function, and even potentially protect against cancer and diabetes. (2)

Pumpkin seeds
Pumpkin seeds are a good source of protein and fiber, plus important vitamins and minerals like manganese, magnesium, phosphorus, copper, iron and zinc. It supports better blood sugar levels, improved heart health, enhanced sleep quality, decreased cancer growth and increased urinary function. (3)

Sunflower seeds

Cashew is one of the best-tasting, most versatile and healthiest nuts . Blueberries

Butterfly Pea Powder
This blue-green Butterfly pea flower (Clitoria ternatea) is a plant used to make nutrient-rich herbal tea or extract. It's rich in antioxidants, such as polyphenols and anthocyanin, which give it a bright blue color. It has anti-inflammatory and antimicrobial properties; protecting the brain, skin and eyes; easing digestion; and supporting respiratory and metabolic functions. (8)

Healthy Fats Superfoods

Avocado
Avocado has snagged a spot as one of the world’s healthiest superfoods — and for good reason. The avocado is rich in heart-healthy monounsaturated fats, folate, vitamin C and vitamin K. Coconut
Coconut is high in medium-chain triglycerides, a type of beneficial fat that can help support the health of your gut due to its bacteria-fighting, antioxidant properties. The three fats most abundantly found in them include caprylic acid, lauric acid and capric acid. Coconut oil, in particular, has been hailed as one of the best weight loss ingredients and can aid in keeping hair healthy and smooth. (10)

Cocoa Powder

Cacao powder
